High and Low
Ironically, with every high I feel, there comes a low that strucks me hard, like the tsunami on Boxing Day 2 years back.

I'm tired.

Don't think I want to bother anymore.

You can choose to do what you like.

For I don't want to end up disappointed once again.

Lead your life the way you like it.

I don't enjoy scolding you anyway.

It hurts you as much as it hurts me.

Forget it.

I don't get a salary increment nor a word of thanks.

I'll leave you alone next time.

Sorry, I don't think there'll be many such chances anyway.

As you can guess, this entry is written to thank all my angels for their gifts, cards, wishes and notes on Teacher's Day. It's extremely belated but I certainly hope that they do not mind their names on my blog.

Vanessa, thanks for the chocolate chip cookies you baked. They were delicious abet a bit on the hard side. I especially love the huge heart-shaped cookie. How did you do that? Have you tried the ones I baked? Maybe one day I will bake some of mine for you to try as well.
